The FP-40 is the next generation of our popular workhorse the FP-35. Featuring the same performance as the FP-35 the FP-40 is a step forward in compact centrifuges. Designed for drying many different types of food products the easily accessed controls allow the operator to select the right speed and cycle time for each product. The drying cycle begins once the lid has been closed and automatically opens once the cycle is completed leading to increased productivity. The compact footprint and stainless steel construction make the FP-40 the perfect spin dryer for commissaries, institutional kitchens, and food processing facilities. The FP-40 still pairs perfectly with our various food washing equipment including our lines of Helical Wash Tanks, Basket Shower Wash, and Dip Tanks. The FP-40 is perfect for drying leafy products, vegetables, and various other dewatering applications.
