Melonium Melon Dicer 

Melon and pineapple dicer, radial cut technology

Cuts: 3/4" to 1-1/2" cubes.

Specifications: 20 melon halves per minute, radial first cut, parallel second cut (simulates hand cut) shaker to remove fines.

Slices tomatoes directly into packing trays.

Cuts: 3/16" to 1/2" slices.

Specifications: 5400 tomatoes per hour (two operators).  Tray sizes: One tray of 15 tomatoes-5 lbs (tray size - 10" x 12" x 3" deep), two trays of 6 tomatoes per tray (tray size - 9" x 6-3/4" x 3" deep).
